We're
getting ready for Bailey's 7th birthday! She's going to have a Camp Rock
party.
We love the JoBros (Mommy + Joe 4ever) and we can't wait to go
to the Jonas Brothers 3D movie.
What happens when your 3 year old grabs your camera?

For
those of you not following us on facebook, we figured we better put some
stuff on the website. It's been 4 months since we posted, and we have
moved to the other side of the state and just got a new puppy!
Here is a video from the other night, Karlynne talking about teeth and
singing songs. We will try to update the site soon, but we are
addicted to Facebook!

The
kids don't sleep very well. They both get up and want drinks or just to
snuggle. I think thanks to nursing them they crave human contact all the
time, and are both very tactile and need to rub our ears or faces or
arms. Last night as I was cleaning up after dinner, I told them they
needed to run 5 laps around the outside of the house so they would be
tired enough to hopefully get a good night's sleep. After the second
lap, Karlynne came in through the back door, and said, "I going
through!". She ran right out the mud room door thus cutting her lap in
half. Smart kid.
After the laps, of which Karlynne did 2 1/2 and Bailey did 3, they
wanted to ride their bikes.

Well well...what have we done
now? Everything is GONE!!! I did too much going back and forth between
desktop and laptop and caused some sort of irretrievable error with the
index page of the website, so it is all GONE my friends - LONG GONE. I
tried ALL EFFING DAY LONG to open my index page. You know, thinking
about it now I could probably have used an ftp client to save it, and it
may still be there, but after all of this, I'm just starting over.
Crying, but starting over.
The rebuilding continues,
performed by someone whose last nerve might be on the line along with
her only remaining brain cell...after trying to figure all of this out.
In the end, I blame Microsoft Vista. I think that's what caused the
issue.
Anyway, please bear with me
while I perform the overhaul!
Enjoy!
V
here is a nice set of photos
from the day.
Wow - who knew it would be THAT easy! I just
downloaded the old file from my server to my hard drive, allowing me to
cut and paste some of the content I had on there. Nice. Guess I could
have saved myself the aggravation, but never one to want to miss out on
having a hissy fit (I am all about the drama), I decided to go with the obvious as a last resort.
...so our original home page will be restored because there was a lot of
good stuff there!
So we're still under
some heavy construction
but at least I can tell Jon I'm not as stupid as I told him I was earlier...I'm
sure he didn't believe it anyway!

Updates are
underway!
Between trying
to sell the house and pack, I am also going to try to
update the
website. Since moving the site to a different host, most
pictures
have been lost,
as well as page navigation. I have to pretty much re-do the
entire
site, so check
back.
In the meantime,
here is a pic of Bailey and me at her Mother's Day tea at
school.

be added soon!

Bailey
is 6 years old today!! People will always tell you they
grow up too fast. This is especially true if their name
is Bailey Kathleen.
Her mind
works like an adult; her words, speech, and reasoning
are well beyond those of a 6 year old. She is, simply
put, a magnificent little girl who wants to grow up to
be a doctor, a veterinarian, and a famous artist. Every
single day I am humbled and so grateful that I was
somehow lucky enough to be able to be this kid's mom.
This
morning we woke up to another snowfall. By March, we are
so over snow. But Bailey looked outside and marveled at
the beauty of the soft flakes falling and was thankful
for such a sight on the morning of her 6th birthday.
Once outside, she would have been happy to dive
face first into the snow to taste and feel it.
She did try but her efforts were immediately
thwarted...I know - I'm such a buzzkill!!
There are a few things Karly gets a kick out of: running
around without her clothes, making crazy faces at me,
and seeing her crazy pictures set to music. Always one
to cater to my childrens' every whim, enjoy the
following montage titled, "Why God Didn't See the Need
to Give me a Boy Child" .

When
Life Hands you Snow...
You dip a cup in it and make a snow cone!!
Seriously...I've used snow cone makers before.
We have a crank one that gives you a complete
workout just making one snow cone. By the
time you've finally cranked out enough ice for
one cone, you have to make your kids share it
because there is no way you're doing that again!
We also have an electric one that's much
easier...but does not even compare to the ease
of a deck full of clean snow. Needless to say,
my snow cone loving kids are in snow cone heaven
right now!!

A couple of days ago I told Bailey she needed to
get her beauty sleep. She asked what Beauty
Sleep is. I said, "It's getting a good night's
sleep so that you are rested and looking good!
She said, "Oooohhh so THAT'S how I get so
cute!" I laughed and said, "Why, were you
wondering why you're cute?" She said,
"Well every time I see Uncle Clint, the second
thing he asks me is how I got cuter than the
last time he saw me...now I know!"
